Antonio Cobaleda Cordero is a Spanish design engineer with 12+ years of experience in product design, innovation, and development, and a trajectory firmly rooted in both academia and industry. He has worked as a design researcher, product developer, and innovation consultant in organisations of all sizes, public and private, and with customers from all around the world. After completing his Ph.D. in Human-Technology-Design, he transitioned into the automotive sector to contribute to developing a more meaningful and user-centric future for electric mobility. His current role at Polestar as a UX Research Lead focuses on the complex and multi-layered user experiences of/ with/ through Polestar products, services, and systems.

Simone Falcioni performs benchmarking and market research activities, mainly focusing on human-machine interfaces and in-cabin monitoring devices. He is also responsible for coordinating the regulatory activities of Tokai Rika in Europe, identifying the strategic trends, and following up on the activities to be undertaken for future developments. He is a mechanical engineer with a strong focus on testing engineering, alongside deep knowledge and experience in standards and regulations.Â
