Timur Kondrakov

UX Product Strategist, Polestar

Timur Kondrakov is a UX specialist with about 20 years of professional experience. Born and raised in Uzbekistan, he resides in Gothenburg, Sweden for over a decade where he works as a UX strategist at Polestar. His role involves building medium to long-term UX strategy, as well as designing digital and physical HMIs for Polestar cars. Timur has extensive experience in UX and product design, most of which coming from the automotive and gaming industries. He has worked for companies like Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, Viaplay and Volvo Cars among others, embracing a variety of roles, from UI design to front-end development to UX research and strategy and design leadership.

I get to work with amazing, skilled people from diverse professional and personal backgrounds. The work environment in our industry is quite complex, so it’s always challenging and stimulating. It pushes you to constantly learn and evolve, and this is what I find exciting about my job. Also, cars play a very important role in the people’s lives and realizing that your work has an impact on the world drives me a lot.
